Padadhwani, a state level youth festival organised by youths of Digboi along with localities to promote and protect the rich heritage of Digboi and to enable youths to participate and excel in various activities including educational, intellectual, cultural, sports and so on. Also the idea of developing Digboi and its adjacent region of recently declared Dehing Patkai as major tourist destination also goes hand in hand.
